ALFA EXCHANGE functions under a professional and qualified management. The Company works through the Management Committee consists of senior members. The committee is a strategic and decision making body which plans on the medium to long term. The Company is headed by the General Manager, a qualified by profession ex banker. The Management Committee members come from the rich banking and financial management background from diversified fields including Foreign Exchange / Treasury, Corporate Credit & Marketing, Operations and Retail Banking. The combined experience of the members is more than fifty years, which provides the Company a very formidable and sound platform to work.  

The Company functional activities under the different Business and Support Divisions run through the qualified managers. All Managers of the Company are qualified Business and Commerce Graduates having very decent experience. The Company has specialized areas like, Treasury, Operations, Customers Service / Marketing, Compliance and Remittances. The Finance/Accounts/Audit takes care of all post operative activities. The Company works on highly professional grounds and the senior managers play a pivotal role in the controls and growth of the Company. All Managers are supported by the teams and the authority triggers down to make the team competent, effective and efficient.
